I practice Eastern and Western Medicine. I believe that there is a place for both practices. There is a middle ground and I specialize in finding the best treatment for individuals. I believe you treat the mind, body, and work with beliefs of the individual. Not just a protocol.
I enjoy traveling, time with my grandchildren, skiing, scuba diving, and hiking.
The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.” Thomas Edison
I believe the best treatment I can offer a patient is the understanding of their condition and how to care for themselves.
I enjoy working at synergy where I make my own schedule and do not feel rushed. I can spend as much time as is needed to insure understanding your individual health plan.
I chose to become a naturopathic doctor as I felt I was not able to give patients a whole understanding of treatment options. Many times I was asked about the value of using vitamins, homeopathic remedies, oils, and many other forms of treatment. I wanted to know more. I have always felt the more I know the better healer I can be.
Patients seek understanding of both types of care. Too often they are told don’t take those herbs, oils, or vitamins they will interact with your medication. Although there are some interactions. Herbs, oils, and vitamins can enhance health. My passion is to help people feel their best with combinations of care modalities knowing what medications and alternative modalities can be used together.
