Pueblo Interactive Metronome

IM-BANNER 1

Interactive Metronome is a Researched-Backed tool proven to help!

Have you or a loved one not been feeling like yourselves? You can’t quite put your finger on it, but something just isn’t right? A variety of factors could be at play; age, illness, accidents, falls, strokes and other health issues can impact all of us, and often with little or no warning. Don’t wait for a condition to slow you down, take control and live life to the fullest. It’s just a matter of time…well, more specifically timing.

Interactive Metronome is a unique system that progresses through four phases. Each Phase has specific goals and exercises, advancing from easiest ( Hands only) to most challenging (Full body).

Interactive Metronome Phases:

  1. The Goal is to make sure you understand the reference tone and program requirements.
  2. During this phase you will begin to adjust performance to the guide sounds, which provide real-time performance feedback to facilitate improvement in cognitive communicative and motor skills.
  3. Your goal is to achieve the best possible timing and rhythm while simply clapping in order to improve focus, cognitive processing and motor coordination.
  4. Now you will begin training with your lower body to further challenge and advance cognitive and motor skills.

Your earlier success sets the stage to improve focus, control, language fluency, memory, coordination, balance, activities of daily living (ADLS), Etc.
